A delicious Yuzu Kosho Chicken Pasta recipe.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook through. Sauté the minced garlic and yuzu kosho until fragrant. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Finish by adding a pat of butter (8-10g for 1-2 servings) and stirring until melted. Garnish with shredded nori seaweed. No need to add extra salt — yuzu kosho is very salty!
