Steps

Cut the beef tenderloin into small cubes. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cornstarch, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1 small spoon of ground black pepper, and white sugar. Mix well by hand and marinate for 30 minutes.
✅ Done when: The cubes are evenly coated in the marinade and have rested a full 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic cloves, and fry until golden, then remove them. Add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry until lightly browned on both sides, then remove.
✅ Done when: The garlic is golden and the beef cubes are lightly seared and pale gold on both sides.

Melt a piece of butter in the pan, add the garlic cloves and beef cubes, and stir-fry. Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and black pepper to taste, give it a quick toss, and it is ready to serve.
✅ Done when: The butter is fully melted and everything is evenly coated with the oyster sauce and black pepper.
