Melon Seed, Almond and Peanut Brittle
瓜子仁杏仁花生薄脆 · pan chinese cuisine
The author made this after Chinese New Year to keep the surplus melon seeds and peanuts at home from going to waste. It works as a healthy little snack, and any dried fruit such as raisins can be added too.

Step 6

Taste and enjoy — it turns out quite good.
