Passion Fruit Braised Pork Ribs
百香果排骨 · pan chinese cuisine
The author had a big harvest of passion fruit at home and used the fruit in place of sour vinegar to braise ribs. The fruit's aroma meets the richness of the fat, giving it a lush, rounded flavor in the finished sauce.
