Snow Fungus, Snow Pear and Chinese Yam Soup
银耳雪梨山药羹 · pan chinese cuisine
Positioned by the author as the first soothing, lung-moistening hot drink of winter, this pureed soup is typically made in a high-speed thermo-cooker such as a Vorwerk Thermomix, but the blending step also works in a soy milk maker.
