Pork and Corn Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 dumpling wrappers
- 1.7 pork belly (half fat, half lean)
- 0.5 corn kernels
- to taste salt, chicken bouillon, light soy sauce
- to taste ginger-scallion-garlic water
Instructions
- Use store-bought dumpling wrappers (about 2 jin). Get half-fat, half-lean pork belly (about 1.7 jin) and half an ear of corn. Mix the ground pork with corn kernels, salt, chicken bouillon, five-spice powder, and light soy sauce. Add ginger-scallion-garlic water gradually and stir until well combined. Heat a small amount of oil until smoking, pour it over the filling, and stir once more — the filling is now ready. Start wrapping the dumplings!
