A delicious Stir-fried Diced Chicken with Green Peppers recipe.

Dice the chicken thighs, add a pinch of salt, scallion segments, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, and mix well. Drizzle a little oil on top and set aside to marinate (you can marinate in advance). Heat plenty of oil over high heat and add the diced chicken; cook until fully done, then remove. In the remaining oil in the wok, add the diced green peppers. Once the peppers are cooked, return the chicken to the wok and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and chicken bouillon to taste, then serve.
