Steamed Turbot
Ingredients
- 1 Turbot
- 3-5 Ginger
Instructions
- Have the fish cleaned at the market, then give it a quick rinse at home. Score the fish with diagonal cuts, add a splash of cooking wine to remove any fishiness, and place crushed ginger slices and smashed scallion segments on top. Put it in the steamer and you are good to go.
- Once steam starts rising, steam for 10 minutes and it is done.
