A delicious Beef Veggie Strips recipe.

Put Chinese yam, carrot, and beef into a food processor and mince. (Tip: put the beef in first so it gets minced properly.) Chop the blanched broccoli finely with a knife. Mix everything together, add salt, Songxianxian seasoning, cake flour, and a drizzle of walnut oil. Stir until the mixture holds together — not too dry, not too wet.

Transfer the meat mixture into a ziplock bag, snip a corner off, and use it as a piping bag.

Pipe strips into a preheated flat pan. Cook over low heat with the lid on — pan-fry for 1 minute then steam for 2 minutes. Flip and repeat. If unsure whether the thicker pieces are cooked through, give them a quick steam afterwards.
