A delicious Meal-Prep Green Veggie, Mushroom & Pork Rice Bowl (Solid Content 5) recipe.
Mix the frozen diced vegetables with rice evenly. Cook in a rice cooker, then freeze, cut into portions, and package separately.
Blanch the pork and mushrooms in boiling water until cooked. Cut into pieces and squeeze out excess moisture by hand (optional). Stir-fry until the volume shrinks to an acceptable level, seasoning with salt, soy sauce, and other seasonings.
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, chop finely, and boil until cooked. Drain (no need to wash). Stir-fry until the volume reduces (you can add pre-made seasoning packets like Yu Xiang Pork Seasoning at this step for easier mixing).
Assemble in a stew pot with a ratio of rice : vegetables : pork & mushrooms = 1 : 1 : 0.5. Add water, bring to a boil while stirring. Mix evenly and cook until no free liquid remains on the surface. Sprinkle in chicken bouillon powder and other seasonings, stir to combine, then serve and portion out.
