A delicious Breakfast Waffles recipe.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Place yolks into the water-oil bowl and whites into a separate bowl.
Add cake flour, milk powder, sweetened condensed milk, and honey to the yolk mixture. Stir until smooth batter forms.

Whip the egg whites, adding sugar in three batches and cornstarch last, until stiff peaks form with a slight curve (small hook). Gently fold the meringue into the yolk batter until evenly combined. Pour into a pitcher with a spout. Preheat the waffle maker.

Brush 3g melted butter onto the waffle iron, pour in the batter, and cook for about 3 minutes, checking for doneness.
