A delicious Lazy Sesame Pork and Mushroom Vegetable Buns recipe.

Season the ground pork filling with ginger, scallions, and various seasonings. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Sauté the shiitake mushrooms and greens with oil and salt to draw out excess moisture, then rinse with cold water and squeeze dry.
