A delicious Curry Beef recipe.

Cut the washed beef brisket into chunks and place in cold water. Add a piece of ginger and a splash of cooking wine to remove any gamey smell.

Once the water boils, skim off the foam. Remove the beef — no need to rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.





Add the beef brisket, curry block, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.

Pour in water until the ingredients are just covered. Bring to a boil over high heat to melt the curry block, then cover with the lid. Once the pressure is reached on high heat, reduce to low heat and cook for 25–30 minutes.

After releasing the pressure, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If there’s too much liquid, open the lid and reduce the sauce over high heat. A perfect dish to serve with rice!
