A delicious Winter Melon and Meatball Soup recipe perfect for home cooking.

Mix pork mince with minced ginger (or ginger water), 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce,适量 salt, and egg white. Stir in one direction until well combined and elastic.

Peel winter melon and cut into chunks. Bring water to boil, add winter melon and cook on high heat for 10 minutes (adjust time based on size).

Turn heat to lowest. Use your hand to squeeze out meatballs into the soup. Then cook on high heat for about 5 minutes (longer if meatballs are larger).
