A delicious Quick Stir-Fried Beef Udon Noodles recipe.

Pan-sear the beef over low heat without oil — it will release liquid, discard that. The beef has some fat; spray a little oil and sear until cooked through. No seasoning needed — it’s already fragrant on its own.

Heat a non-stick pan, spray generously with oil (this is all the oil you’ll need). Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the beef and stir-fry. Add black pepper sauce and toss until everything is well coated and cooked.

Once everything is thoroughly cooked, finish up: add a pinch of MSG and toss. Add the reserved butter and stir until melted — ready to plate.
