Pan-fry the salmon until cooked through. Microwave the leftover rice until hot. Dice the cucumber into small cubes.

Add the diced cucumber and shredded salmon to the rice. Sprinkle in sesame seaweed to taste and mix well.

Cut 2 slices of Raimu original cheese into small pieces. Add to the rice mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
