A delicious Pork Belly and Cabbage Braised with Vermicelli recipe.
Tear the cabbage apart, separating the thick stems from the leafy parts. Thickly slice the pork belly. Heat oil in a cold wok, then add scallions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, and cooking wine. Stir-fry the pork belly until the fat renders. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and other seasonings. Add the cabbage stems and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add enough water to cover the ingredients, then add the vermicelli. Simmer for 15 minutes, then add the cabbage leaves. Continue simmering for another 3-5 minutes.
