A delicious Low-Fat Tuna Seaweed Rice Rolls recipe.

Prepare the ingredients: nori sheets, cooked mixed-grain rice, cucumber, carrot, fresh corn kernels, canned tuna, toasted sesame seeds, black pepper, sea salt, white vinegar, and camellia oil spray.

Spray a thin layer of camellia oil into a pan. The spray nozzle makes portion control easy and it’s a healthy, trans-fat-free option.

Add the corn kernels and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Season with freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt. Set aside.

Stir a small spoonful of white vinegar and a pinch of salt into the cooked mixed-grain rice to season it lightly.

Lay a nori sheet flat. Layer on the seasoned rice, julienned cucumber, julienned carrot, canned tuna, and the sautéed corn kernels.

That’s it — super simple! Light, refreshing, and never heavy. Perfect for a fat-loss diet phase.
