A delicious Baked Salmon Fins recipe.

Rinse the salmon fins. Store-bought salmon fins usually still have scales — scrape them off thoroughly. Rinse again, pat dry with paper towels, and arrange on a foil-lined baking tray.

Evenly sprinkle black pepper and salt over the fins, drizzle a little cooking wine so they look like the photo. Place in an oven preheated to 180-200°C and bake for 15 minutes. No need to flip or cover — just bake them as-is.

Done! They smell wonderful. Eat while hot — tastes just like the ones from Japanese restaurants. I ate too fast — by the time I took the photo, there were only three pieces left.
