A delicious Steamed Sea Bass (or Any Whole Fish) recipe.
Clean the fish and make diagonal cuts on both sides. Rub with salt evenly. Place ginger slices inside the fish cavity. Steam for 15–20 minutes until the fish eye protrudes and turns white — that means it’s done. Top with julienned scallions, pour hot smoking oil over them, then drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce. Serve.
