A delicious Pan-Fried Braised Sea Fish recipe.




Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp white sugar, and chopped scallions. Stir-fry evenly to release the aroma. Add a splash of water (optional, personal preference), flip the fish, and braise for about 3 minutes.

This method works for any type of fish. For a saltier flavor, simply add a bit more soy sauce and oyster sauce.
