A delicious Stir-Fried Beef with Scallions recipe.
Slice the beef. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and ½ tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Mix well, then add a drizzle of oil and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a stainless steel pan until water droplets sizzle and roll. Add oil and wait until faint ripples appear on the surface, then turn off the heat. After one minute, add sliced ginger and stir until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry until just browned, then remove from the pan.
Add the sliced scallions to the pan and stir-fry until softened and fragrant (add a splash of light soy sauce if needed). Return the beef, toss everything together over high heat briefly, and serve immediately.
