Braised Sole Fish with Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 150 sole fillet (half)
- 200 broccoli
- 100 potato
- 3 ginger
- a pinch sea salt
- a pinch white pepper
- a pinch black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Thaw the sole fillet in advance. Marinate with sea salt and ginger slices to remove any fishy smell, then steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Dice the potato and boil until tender. Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch. Combine all ingredients, season with sea salt and white pepper, toss well, and refrigerate to let the flavors meld.
