Braised Pork Chops with Apple
Ingredients
- 500 pork collar (plum meat)
- 2 apple
Instructions
- Cut the pork collar into thick pieces and marinate for 2 hours.
- Peel and cut the apples into chunks. Cut the onion into chunks. Sear the pork until browned, then remove and cut into strips. Pan-fry the apples and onion briefly, then add the pork back in. Pour in water and braise until cooked through.
