Soak the dried tofu skin in cold water until softened, then cut into sections. Marinate the minced pork with light soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Add the tofu skin sections. Season with salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir-fry evenly to coat and release the aromas.
