A delicious Braised Tofu Skin with Minced Pork recipe.

Soak the dried tofu skin in cold water until softened, then cut into sections. Marinate the minced pork with light soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the minced pork and stir-fry quickly, breaking it apart until it changes color. Add the minced garlic and bird’s eye chilies, toss until fragrant.

Add the tofu skin sections. Season with salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir-fry evenly to coat and release the aromas.

Pour in a splash of water and simmer for about 4 minutes so the tofu skin absorbs the flavors. Thicken with a cornstarch slurry, then garnish with chopped garlic greens and serve.
