    Add the fresh rice noodles, bean sprouts, chili oil, and salt. Cook for 1 min 30 sec at 120ยฐC on reverse speed 1. (I used dried rice noodles here, so I increased the time by 5 minutes. I used pre-made scallion oil so I didn’t add it at this step โ€” if you prefer chili oil, add it here.)
