A delicious Chicken and Greens Congee recipe.

Slice half of the chicken breast into thin pieces. Marinate with white pepper powder, cooking wine, and a pinch of salt.


Blanch the chicken breast slices and sea cucumber in the boiling water to remove any gamey smell. Remove and set aside.

Add a bowl of leftover millet and white rice to the pot with boiling water. Add the sea cucumber.
