Steps

Rinse the chicken drumsticks clean and poke small holes all over each one with a toothpick to help the marinade soak in. Add sliced garlic, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and 3 spoons of Orleans marinade. Mix well by hand and marinate for at least 1 hour.
✅ Done when: The drumsticks are evenly coated in marinade and have rested at least 1 hour.

Slice the lemon. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, arrange the marinated drumsticks on it, and lay the lemon slices on top. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C (about 400 degrees F) for 30 minutes, flipping the drumsticks halfway through.
✅ Done when: After 30 minutes the drumsticks are cooked through and browned, having been flipped once mid-roast.
