Stir-Fried Radish Seedlings
清炒萝卜苗 · pan chinese cuisine
The author made this dish for the first time after asking a produce vendor how to cook radish seedlings, then worked out the method at home. It was so well received that one diner ate more than half of it on their own. The seedlings are first blanched in salted water, then stir-fried with aromatics and chilies.
