A delicious Healthy Breakfast Quick Wrap recipe.

Gather all ingredients. Stir-fry the shredded potato with green pepper ahead of time. Cook the sausage in an air fryer for 15 minutes. I used a spicy small fish chili sauce — feel free to use your favorite sauce. You can also customize the fillings to your liking.
These are gluten-free quinoa wraps — no wheat, no soy, low fat, very healthy and nutritious.


Cut the wrap to a suitable size, add a portion of stir-fried shredded potato with green pepper, top with a generous spoonful of spicy small fish sauce, and roll it up.
