| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Chicken breast | 2 as needed |
| Heinz mayonnaise | about 3 |
| Garlic | 3 as needed |
| White pepper powder | 1 as needed |
| Artisan bread (European-style loaf) | 2 as needed |
| Arugula | 20 as needed |
| Parsley | a pinch |

Prepare the ingredients.

First, marinate the chicken breast — surprise, Heinz mayonnaise works great as a marinade! This step was delegated to the little one, who was very excited to participate and couldn’t wait for the result.

Spread about one tablespoon of Heinz mayonnaise over the chicken, add three cloves of minced garlic, sprinkle with white pepper, and mix well. Heinz mayonnaise has a higher egg yolk content and is rich in Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The flavor is just right on its own — no extra salt needed. Simple, healthy, and nutritious for everyday eating.

Thanks to the mayonnaise, the marinade penetrates evenly into the grain of the chicken. It looks so satisfying — mayonnaise naturally contains egg, so it coats beautifully.

While the chicken is marinating, slice the artisan bread and toast it in a non-stick pan until crispy.

Squeeze Heinz mayonnaise onto the surface of the toasted bread. This time I did the squeezing and was delighted to find you can pipe decorative patterns — it looks gorgeous!

Spread the mayonnaise with a spatula and layer on the arugula.

Just scatter it loosely and casually — that’s the look.

After about 30 minutes of marinating, spray a non-stick pan with oil and start pan-frying the chicken over heat.

Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown! Chicken marinated in mayonnaise gets a particularly beautiful color.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and squeeze Heinz mayonnaise on top.

It looks so good! Love the texture pattern~

Then place in the air fryer at 200°C for 7–8 minutes, and you’ll get a molten, lava-like Heinz mayonnaise topping — incredibly appetizing.

Take a bite — the mayonnaise-marinated chicken breast is incredibly tender, with a savory, silky-smooth flavor that’s absolutely stunning. The mayonnaise already has salt, so the seasoning is just right. The mayo in the sandwich layer is silky, and the mayo on top has a roasted aroma — perfection.

Sprinkle some parsley on the roasted mayonnaise for extra fragrance.

Stylish and delicious~
