A delicious Italian Black Pepper Beef Pasta recipe.

(Cut beef into strips and marinate ahead of time with cornstarch water and oyster sauce.) Heat a small amount of cooking oil, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the marinated beef until about 70–80% done. Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce, then toss in the blanched asparagus and mushrooms.

Finally, drain the cooked spaghetti from the other pot and add it to this pan. Toss everything together until well combined. (You can turn off the heat and just mix if you’re in a rush.)

Tender beef, al dente pasta, and bold black pepper aroma — restaurant-quality at home. (I’ll share the homemade black pepper sauce recipe separately.)
