A delicious Stir-Fried Beef with Cilantro (Renegade Edition) recipe.

Slice the 250g beef rolls into smaller pieces. No marinating needed — the seasoning comes out just right. Mince the pickled chili peppers, bird’s eye chili, and garlic. Chop the cilantro, keeping the stems and leaves separate.

Heat a wok with cold oil. Once the oil is hot, sprinkle a pinch of salt into the wok and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color, then push it to one side. Add the minced garlic, pickled chili, and bird’s eye chili to the empty side of the wok and stir until fragrant. Toss everything together, then add the cilantro stems and stir-fry. Splash in a little light soy sauce, stir, then add the cilantro leaves. Toss briefly and serve immediately.
