A delicious Quick & Easy Cabbage and Glass Noodles Stir-fry recipe.

Ingredients: glass noodles, cabbage (napa cabbage or green cabbage), thinly sliced pork, egg.

Prep the ingredients first: marinate the sliced pork with cooking wine, white pepper, salt, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly. Heat up a wok and stir-fry the pork until lightly cooked.

Soak the glass noodles in warm water until softened, then drain. Toss with dark soy sauce and sesame oil — this helps the noodles take on color and absorb flavor.

Shred the cabbage, beat the egg, mince some garlic, slice a Thai chili into rings, and cut scallions into segments.

Add the glass noodles and toss everything together. Season with salt, sugar, and a splash of light soy sauce. Stir frequently so the cabbage releases its moisture and the noodles absorb the flavors and liquid in the wok.

Finally, add the cooked egg and scallion segments. Toss everything together and it’s ready to serve.

The best way to enjoy this dish is to pick up a bit of everything in one bite — the different flavors and textures come together beautifully. Pairs perfectly with rice!
