A delicious Salmon and Black Truffle Stir-fried Rice recipe.
Cook the salmon in a dry pan (no oil) over medium heat, breaking it into flakes as it cooks.
Add chopped baby bok choy and a few sliced bird’s eye chilies. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through.
Add the cooked rice and 1 tablespoon of black truffle paste. Season with salt to taste. Stir-fry until everything is evenly combined, then serve.
