A delicious Scallion-Braised Black Fish Fillets recipe.
Season the fish fillets with salt and white pepper. Heat oil in a wok until smoking, add the fish fillets and pan-fry until golden and crispy. Drizzle a capful of Shaoxing wine around the edges of the wok, then add a spatulaful of light soy sauce. Stir-fry to coat evenly. Add sliced onion and scallion segments, toss a few times, and serve immediately.
