Steamed Beef with Tomato and Shiitake
Ingredients
- 150g Beef tenderloin slices
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger strips
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1/6 tbsp White pepper powder
- 1/3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms
Instructions
- Marinate beef with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, oil for 15 minutes.
- Peel and cube tomatoes. Slice mushrooms.
- Layer mushrooms and tomatoes in bowl. Add beef on top. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove, garnish with scallions. Serve.
