A delicious Stir-fried Beef with Celtuce recipe.

Slice the beef thinly. Marinate with light soy sauce, ginger slices, and cornstarch—toss to coat evenly. Heat a wok over high heat, then add cold oil. Slide in the beef and stir-fry just until it changes color; remove and set aside immediately.

Leave the residual oil in the wok. Toss in sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the celtuce slices and stir-fry over high heat. If the wok looks dry, splash a little water along the edge of the wok.

Return the beef to the wok. Season with a pinch of sugar and salt. Toss everything together over high heat and serve immediately.
