A delicious Beef Patties recipe.



Heat a wok with some oil, add the minced garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant, then set aside to cool.

Place the ground beef, sautéed onion-garlic mixture, and all other seasonings into a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Beat the mixture until it becomes sticky — the meat paste should turn lighter in color and cling to the spatula without falling off.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors develop.

Divide into about 70g portions, shape into balls and flatten slightly. Freeze briefly for easier handling.


Brush a flat pan with oil and heat it. Place the patties in and cook over medium-low heat, 4 minutes per side. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
