Order: baking soda + seasonings + 1/3 of the water, mix from the bottom. Add remaining water in two portions, folding until absorbed. Add oil and fold to coat. Marinate for about 30 minutes. To cook: heat oil over medium-low heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken slices. You should hear a sizzling sound. When the bottom half of the meat has changed color, flip it over. It takes about 2-3 minutes to cook through.
