Vegetable Beef Scrambled Egg Cheese Ciabatta
Ingredients
- appropriate amount Beef tenderloin
- 1 Egg
- appropriate amount Zucchini
- appropriate amount Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Ciabatta
- appropriate amount Black pepper and sea salt
- a little Olive oil
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a flat pan. Slice the beef tenderloin and fry until cooked. Add zucchini and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle with appropriate amount of black pepper and sea salt.
- Pour the beaten egg into the flat pan and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. Continue heating over low heat.
- Heat until the cheese has melted and set.
- Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise.
- Place the cooked ingredients from the pan onto the ciabatta. Done! Delicious!
