Pork Rib Soup with Chinese Yam
Ingredients
- 500g Pork ribs
- 1 Chinese yam
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Corn
- pinch Salt
Instructions
- This soup is incredibly delicious!
- Cut carrot into chunks, corn into small pieces, and peel Chinese yam then cut into segments. Place pork ribs in cold water with scallion, ginger, and cooking wine. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove ribs. In a pot with a little hot oil, sauté scallion and ginger, then add ribs and stir-fry briefly. Add enough water all at once. Add carrot, corn, and yam. Simmer for 40 minutes. Add salt and simmer for 2 more minutes.
