| light soy sauce | 2 as needed |
| dark soy sauce | ½ |
| oyster sauce | 1 as needed |
| honey | 1 as needed |
| fermented red bean curd | 1 as needed |
| rice wine | as needed |
| ginger slices | a few |
| garlic slices | a few |
| peanut butter (optional) |

Pierce the pork shoulder slices with a fork, or tenderize with a meat mallet.

Add all the seasonings and spread evenly on both sides of the meat.

Massage the marinade into the meat, then marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) with top and bottom heat. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
