3-Minute Soul-Satisfying Chinese Chive and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 150g Chinese chives
- 4 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste MSG
Instructions
- Wash the Chinese chives thoroughly and cut into 3-4cm lengths.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat, pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
- Add a little more oil to the wok, toss in the chives, and stir-fry over high heat for about 30 seconds until just wilted.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the wok, season with salt and MSG to taste, toss everything together, and serve immediately.
