A delicious Deep-Fried Fish recipe.

Clean the fish and pat dry. Marinate with salt, cooking wine, ginger, and scallions for 15–20 minutes.
Heat oil to 180°C (350°F). Deep-fry the fish until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
