A delicious Foolproof Braised Chicken Legs recipe.

Wash the chicken legs and make a few slashes on the skin. Add sliced ginger, garlic, and scallion whites along with 5 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine, and a pinch of chicken bouillon powder.



Set the rice cooker to the cook function and braise for 40 minutes. Flip the chicken legs twice during cooking.
