A delicious Pork and Shrimp Mini Wontons recipe.
Marinate the shrimp (60g) with ginger slices for a while to remove any fishy smell. Soak ginger slices and scallion segments in water to make ginger-scallion water.
Finely chop the carrot (30g) in a food processor. Chop a suitable amount of scallions.
Place the shrimp, carrot, ground pork (120g), and chopped scallions into a food processor and blend until fine.
Add the ginger-scallion water in three batches, stirring vigorously after each addition until the filling becomes sticky and cohesive.
