| fried garlic | 1.5 tablespoons | ||
| minced garlic | 4 cloves | ||

| light soy sauce | 1-2 tablespoons |
A delicious Shacha Sauce Marbled Beef recipe.
Blanch the marbled beef in boiling water for 7-8 seconds, then remove and drain. (It’s fine if the meat is still pink.)
Heat the wok, then turn to low heat. Add a little oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Turn to medium heat, add the beef and stir-fry until every piece is evenly coated with shacha sauce.
Add light soy sauce and stir-fry until the sauce dries up, then serve immediately. Do not overcook — ideally no more than 1 minute.
