A delicious Black Truffle Beef Pizza recipe.

Take the fermented dough without kneading — tear off half, degas and shape. Poke holes, spread black pepper sauce and black truffle sauce (or mushroom sauce), then layer on the beef and sprinkle with oregano. Add a thin layer of mozzarella. Bake in the oven at the highest setting (240°C) for 5–10 minutes.

Add another layer of mozzarella on top, then return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
Weigh the flour, add sugar, salt, water, and yeast, then mix. Add the oil last and mix again. Do three rounds of folding and resting — note this isn’t traditional kneading but rather stretching the dough, since the hydration is quite high. Just pull and stretch. Then refrigerate overnight for a cold ferment, or ferment at warm room temperature until doubled in size (about 30 minutes is enough).
