A delicious Braised Small Sea Fish with Pickled Radish recipe.
Clean the small sea fish and pat dry. Prepare the pickled radish by slicing into thin strips.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the fish until lightly golden on both sides.
Add soy sauce and enough water to barely cover the fish. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens and the fish is cooked through. Season with salt to taste and serve.
